Using this technology, we are able to tune fueling curves and injection timing curves with precision. This gives you optimized efficiency for better fuel mileage and low exhaust temperatures, as well as that extra low end torque and horsepower you are looking for.
Injection Timing
The Xzillaraider alters injection timing in a much different manner than other brands. While we do not create timing maps, we dynamically alter the injection timing by modifying signals that are specifically related to injection timing. The advantage to altering timing in this manner is that we never over-advance the timing out of the vehicles given range. This allows us the benefits of adavance injection timing without setting engine lights or having the reduced liability of altering such a sensitive circuit. We are only changing the timing within the engines own parameters. This means we never advance over maximum timing, but the injection timing is added where it is needed for lower exhaust temperatures and better fuel mileage.
While we always recommend exhaust temperature monitoring, we offer you these power gains with the lowest exhaust temperature available. The Xzillaraider also offers boost "blocking" in all levels, including the off position. This allows us to raise the boost levels without the computer knowing about it. This is especially important for those that plan on doing more modifications at a later date.

CCS1000 - Quadzilla Commander digital display and monitoring system
The Commander provides digital monitoring of up to 7 parameters on your truck simultaneously.
The Commander works as a stand alone gauge and no other products are needed to use the monitoring system.
This stand alone gauge is just the begining. Along with monitoring these parameters you can also set your own warning screens.
The Commander will also recall the minimum or maximums of each monitored parameter.
When combined with a Quadzilla Xzillarader module, or any other adjustable module or chip on the market, the Commander gives you complete engine control and protection at your fingertips.
To start with the Commander will allow you to control your module based on most of the monitoring parameters.
No matter which module or chip you use you can now control at your fingertips and now have protection for all the important engine parameters.
If that is not enough the Commander will also allow you to control multiple power modules at the same time!
Lastly the Commander also has the ability data log the monitored parameters so you can play them back or download them to your PC.
While the functions of this gauge are far greater than anything ever built we did not stop there.
The Commander has the largest LCD screen of any stand alone type gauge. Behind the LCD is an adjustable white LED backlight for easy viewing at night.

In 2005 Quadzilla introduced the Xzillaraider XZT series of power modules. The XZT series made such a powerful impact in the diesel performance industry that we felt we could not stop with just the power module. The XZT series is know for being an affordable, effective, and reliable solution to your diesel performance needs. All XZT products are simple to use and simple to install.
New for 2006 Quadzilla is bringing you the RECON XZT gauge. The Recon utilizes a 4 digit 7 segment display that is easy to use in all lighting conditions. To navigate the menu system we used our custom elastomer buttons. This 3 button system is simple to navigate allowing the user to easily flip through the monitored parameters or the menu system. The buttons are backlit for simple navigation at night. The brightness of the Recon is also user adjustable.
This new digital gauge is an incredible value that is packed with features that many products cannot offer even at double the price! The Recon will read EGT, Boost and Transmission/Oil temperature. The RECON can also be upgraded to replace the Transmission/Oil Sensor for a Fuel Pressure kit. The Recon also gives you the ability to set a warning for each parameter monitored. Once a warning is reached the screen will flash that parameter and its current reading. If that was not enough, the Recon will also record the maximum value for each parameter. Amazingly we were able to package all these features into a package that will fit into the palm of your hand!
The Recon is powerful, yet it is very compact. We designed this product to mount on top of the steering column of almost any vehicle you want to mount it in. The Recon will sit on your steering column without obstructing the view of any of your factory gauges. Although we chose the steering column, the compact size allows you to mount the Recon in a variety of places.
Simple installation is also another important feature of all of our XZT products and the Recon is no different. The Recon simply needs to be connected to a 12v power source with the provided fuse taps, a ground source and then connected to the factory and provided sensor and thermocouple. There is no need to try and splice into the factory wiring for power or to light your gauge. There is also no need for an expensive a-pillar mount and custom paint to make it match. This is the easiest and most economical solution to monitoring your engine vitals available.

Quadzilla intakes are built of the finest quality. All Quadzilla intakes are built out of steel and are powder coated wrinkle black. We also use Green filters exclusively.
These filters are superior to other filters in many ways.
Green utilizes a woven cotton versus a cotton gauze for improved wear, and better filtering capabilities. This method allows Green to use 2 layers of media instead of 4-7 layers like other brands. This increases air flow without compromising its filtering ability. Another benefit to the 2 layer design is the ability for the oil to be applied more evenly across all of the filter media, resulting in better filtering.
Green also uses stainless steel mesh for stronger support of the filet. An often overlooked fact is that Green uses special machinery to module the rubber filter ends. This machinery allows them to use less media resulting in more filter surface area and more airflow.
Our Monster Air Intake kits have resulted in gains up to 35hp. It is also common to see .5-1 mpg increase in many instances. The intakes compliment our modules and tuners very well. You will never have to buy another filter as long as you own your truck.

The Commander Control System is the most powerful monitoring device ever produced for a diesel truck. There is no product that offers the features and user control that the Commander does. Using the Commander as a stand alone gauge will give you digital monitoring of up to 7 parameters simultaneously and allow you to set your own warning screens. When combined with a Quadzilla Xzillaraider module, or with any other adjustable module or chip on the market, the Commander gives you complete engine control and protection at your fingertips. The Commander will allow you to control your module based on most of the monitored parameters and it also has the ability to data log the monitored parameters so you can play them back or download them to your pc. If that is not enough, the Commander will also allow you to control multiple power modules at the same time!
While the functions of this gauge are far greater than anything ever built, we did not stop there. The Commander has the largest LCD screen of any stand alone type gauge. If you are using a downloader/programmer or if you are just running modified injectors on your 03-07 5.9L Dodge Cummins, then the Quadzilla Boost Fooler is a MUST HAVE PRODUCT!
While programmers can definitely improve performance, there are still things that they cannot do to allow you to gain optimal power and efficiency out of your engine. The Boost Fooler will allow you to increase turbo boost to compensate for the added fueling modifications you have made. Enabling your turbo to produce more boost will increase overall horsepower and torque and you will lower your exhaust temperatures.
The Boost Fooler is even a great enhancement for a stock truck that hauls heavy loads and needs exhaust temperature reduction. Even on a stock truck you can easily gain 5-8psi of boost pressure to help cool your EGTs. You will also see a slight improvement in peak horsepower.
The Quadzilla Boost Fooler uses a specialized high impedance circuit to allow you to make more turbo boost without setting any ECU error codes. The Boost Fooler is 100% weatherproof and designed for simple under the hood installation.
So what can you expect?
On any year model Dodge, you will be able to make as much turbo boost as possible with your fueling modifications. It is important to notice that the stock turbos do have some limitations. If you desire extreme levels of turbo boost then you may need a larger, aftermarket turbocharger.
Horsepower gains will vary from 10hp on a stock truck up to 50hp on heavily modified trucks. EGT reductions will vary from 75degrees on a stock truck up to 300 degrees on heavily modified trucks.
On 2003-2004 5.9L Cummins you will need to physically modify your wastegate to gain more turbo boost. Doing this without the Boost Fooler will result in check engine lights and codes set into the computer. Stock 03-04 trucks should generate 23-24psi of boost pressure stock. With the Boost Fooler you will be able to run 35+ psi of boost dependant on your fueling enhancements.
The 2004.5-2007 5.9L Cummins uses an electronic wastegate which is operated off of the MAP sensor. In this instance no modifications to your turbo will be necessary. Stock 04.5-07 trucks typically spike up to 32psi of boost pressure. With the Boost Fooler you will see up to 40psi of boost on a stock truck and up to 48psi of boost on heavily fueled trucks.
